Beginners
All students must start in beginners, unless you have done proper previous training, you can start in a higher level. Proper previous training meaning correct technical training so no injuries occur as well as removing any bad habits that have been passed onto you. Beginners will be introduced to the pole as well as given a small range of easy movements to practice so you can become familiar with the pole. You will learn strength and flexability training from day one which will give you greater pole skills.
Beginners Plus
Now that the basics have been learnt, students will then build onto these moves, this will require more strength, beginners plus is also the start of combination moves, students will learn how to put moves together instead of doing one movement at a time.
Intermediate 1
Combinations get longer linking even more movements together, this is why it's important to do strength and flexability training from day one, now your arms are becoming strong and are able to do these type's of combinations. Basic inversions are also introduced at this level aswell as polishing, what is polishing??? removing any sloppy movements and replacing them with grace.
Intermediate 2
Similar to Intermediate 1, still concentrating on combinations aswell as starting more complex inversions.
Advanace
Movements are now alot more demanding but with practice become easy alot more time is spent aerial than on the floor, your body will be physically strong and looking fit.
Advance Plus
Combinations, choreography, inversions, climbing, flexability, strength and grace is all a part of advance plus, this class in continuous for students who want to carry on with pole and challenge themselves, or who are addicted and want to keep on with their pole dance classes. From beginners through to advance plus you will learn choreography suited to your level, beginners being simple and advance plus being the most detailed. Floor work, body rolls, splits and many more detailed moves are also taught throughout every level.
